I am very sorry that happened-it should NOT have happened. I have some new staff and will speak with them about it. You brought them in on Saturday morning- I don't understand why you didn't say anything when you picked them up and waited until Monday to call. My personal number is on the voicemail to call if you want to speak with someone right away-I wish you had called me-I would have been more than willing to get them back in and have them done at your convenience. I am also checking to see if anyone tried calling you back on Tuesday when we reopened. I would like to make this right for you- when can you bring them back in so we can fix them up so they will be as good as they have been in the past. I hope you will reconsider coming back to us -you said you've been happy with us in the past and I'm hoping one mistake will not keep you away.

Zack took amazing care of our mini Aussie Daisy! Great communication and he was very patient with her anxious puppy self! If you are looking for a groomer who obviously takes pride in their work and adores dogs, I cannot recommend and thank Zack enough! We will definitely be FURever customers!!
